About me and my practice
I am a pluralistic counsellor which means I work in a client centred way, using approaches that are decided upon in consultation with you and tailored to your needs. The most important thing is that you feel supported and we can work together in a way that is comfortable for you.
I have experience of working with both adults and children, and have worked with families and young people in a variety of settings. I have several years experience of working in the public sector, safeguarding families and supporting them through difficult times. I also counsel young people with a range of difficulties and challenges for a local charity.
I am fully insured and a registered member of The National Counselling Society.
Experience
I have experience working with adults and young people with anxiety, depression, OCD and bereavement. I also have experience within domestic / sexual abuse support.
